DOP ITALIA USA is a partenership program between:

- Consortium for the quality standard protection of the Bread of Altamura PDO certified
- Consortium for the quality standard protection of La bella Daunia - Cultivar bella PDO certified
- Consortium for the quality standard protection of Extra virgin oil DAUNO PDO certified
- Consortium for the quality standard protection of the Mozzarella di Bufala PDO certified

The program aims at the widespreading of the DOP/PDO certified reputation in the United States.

Through meetings with experts, celebrity chefs, food editors, restaurant owners/managers,buyers and import firms, the association involved in the program want to promote their products and suggest ways to enjoy their delicacies by providing facts, information, tips and recipes.The programm offers the great chance for Italian food lovers abroad to learn more about local & regional Italian food.


Objectives of the program are:

• Expand production and retail of the DOP/PDO products that the associations represent and protect;
• Promoting the typical regional Italian food in USA;
